Tatiyana Rodriguez

Tatiyana Rodriguez is an Associate Attorney at The Bruning Law Firm. A Chicago native and first-generation attorney, she is committed to fairness and strong client advocacy.

Rodriguez served as a prosecutor in Peoria and St. Clair Counties from 2021 to 2026, handling traffic, DUI, felony, and domestic violence cases and gaining significant courtroom experience.

She earned her Juris Doctor and Master's degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and her Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois-Springfield.

During law school, she was a Dean's list honoree, received a Pro Bono award, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers.

She is admitted to the Illinois and Missouri bars and serves as a board member of the St. Clair County Bar Association.
