Britt E. Wicklund

Experience working on class actions and multidistrict mass tort complex litigation. Represented school districts and individuals in re: JUUL Labs, Inc. Marketing, Sales Practices & Products Liability Litigation. After years of service in Kansas City's fine dining restaurants, Britt Wicklund returned to law school to pursue her dream of becoming an attorney. Britt joined Wagstaff & Cartmell after graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2016.

While at KU, she represented minors in criminal defense matters at KU's Legal Aid Clinic and assisted with guardianship matters at KU's Medical Legal Partnership Clinic. Britt has worked extensively on fact discovery and expert discovery in large scale class action and multi-district litigation such as National Prescription Opiate Litigation, MDL and In re: Asacol Litigation. Britt also works with individual and government entity plaintiffs in In re: JUUL Labs, Inc. Marketing, Sales Practices & Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2913.

Britt focuses her practice on commercial litigation and consumer fraud. She enjoys learning the ins and outs of different businesses and industries throughout the process of discovery, working with partners on strategy for depositions and pleadings. As a veteran of fine dining restaurants, Britt understands what it means to provide excellent service to clients and brings that same attention to detail to her work at Wagstaff & Cartmell.
