Eddie Gaytan

Eddie Gaytan grew up in small towns in south Texas where he spent time in law offices with his mother, a paralegal, before pursuing law himself. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2007 (graduating in 2.5 years) and his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2013. Admitted in Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Eddie focuses on commercial trucking litigation in the DFW area. He has been named a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star (2021-2023) and a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2020-2025). He is a member of DTLA, TCTLA, Texas Bar College, NTLA, and ATAA.
