About Tina Eshghieh

Tina Eshghieh is a Partner at Arash Law and Head of the firm's Workers' Compensation Litigation Department, specializing in litigating complex and catastrophic injury cases on behalf of injured workers throughout California. She has significant expertise in traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other catastrophic worker cases.

Before focusing on workers' compensation litigation, Eshghieh represented clients in class action matters in Los Angeles, handling complex wage-and-hour and consumer suits in state and federal courts.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine, and her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she served as editor of the Law Commentator.

She is admitted to practice in the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
