Adam Smith

Adam P. Smith is a partner and trial attorney at Fried Goldberg LLC in Atlanta, Georgia, representing individuals seriously injured in tractor-trailer, car, and premises liability accidents. Born and raised in Vienna, Virginia, Adam moved to Atlanta in 2007 to attend Emory University School of Law, where he received a Dean's Honor Scholarship and was a member of the Moot Court Society. Before joining Fried Goldberg, he spent eight years as a partner at a firm specializing in car accident defense, serving as lead defense counsel in fourteen jury trials.
