About Nathan Gaffney

Nathan A. Gaffney is a partner and trial attorney at Fried Goldberg LLC in Atlanta, focusing on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. A native of Atlanta, he graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Georgia State Law Review and as a judicial extern for both the Supreme Court of Georgia and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Before joining Fried Goldberg, he served as a law clerk for a state court judge and as a public defender. In 2015, he represented the Council of State Court Judges of Georgia before the Georgia Supreme Court and received the Guardian of Justice award.
