Joel R. McClellan is a Partner and shareholder at Marks & Harrison's Richmond, Virginia office, focusing on personal injury matters. He joined the firm in 2013 and has represented hundreds of clients inside and outside the courtroom, with numerous bench and jury trial victories across Virginia.

McClellan is a former Chair of the Young Trial Lawyers for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA) and continues to serve on its Board of Governors. He is also a member of the Richmond Bar Association's Board of Directors, serves on the Executive Committee of the Lewis F. Powell Inn of Court as Membership Chair, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society. He was selected to Super Lawyers for 2025.
