About David Sirotkin

David Sirotkin is a managing partner at Morelli Law Firm and plays a central role in the firm's most complex and high-profile cases. Since joining the firm he has been part of trial teams that secured over $275 million in jury verdicts and hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements. His notable matters include Tracy Morgan's case against Wal-Mart arising from a tractor trailer crash, the representation of numerous victims of the May 2015 Amtrak derailment (which produced a $265 million settlement, the largest for a train accident in U.S. history), and Mark Perez's workplace accident case against Live Nation, where the firm won a nearly $102 million verdict after a month-long trial and sustained on appeal the largest pain and suffering award for a traumatic brain injury in New York State history.

He also represented professional tennis player Eugenie Bouchard in her case against the United States Tennis Association, resolved after a favorable jury verdict in the Eastern District of New York. He has been selected to the New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars list continually since 2016, named a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers, and named to Best Lawyers' inaugural Ones to Watch list in 2021. He is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and in the federal courts for the Eastern, Southern, and Northern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
