Joseph Nejathaim

Joseph M. Nejathaim is an associate at Morelli Law Firm, where his practice focuses on personal injury, nursing home negligence, Labor Law, and Surrogate's Court matters, including wrongful death and infant compromise proceedings. Since joining the firm he has been an active member of litigation teams recovering significant verdicts and settlements for injured individuals and families across New York, and he serves as one of the firm's primary legal writers, authoring motions and briefs across a wide range of matters. Joseph has played an instrumental role in securing settlements for his clients, including recoveries of $2,100,000 and $2,000,000. Before joining the firm, Joseph served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice within the Executive Office for Immigration Review, handling federal administrative litigation.
