Thomas Riley

Thomas P. Riley is an associate at Morelli Law Firm, where he concentrates his practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, and sexual harassment litigation. He also maintains an active role in complex mass tort matters, including litigation involving the Boy Scouts of America and Johnson & Johnson's talcum powder products. Before attending law school, Thomas worked at a prominent New York City firm focused on FINRA-related employment disputes involving claims of sexual harassment and gender and age discrimination.

He earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2025, where he was a member of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and wrote a Note examining the use of class action waivers in mandatory arbitration agreements. He earned his undergraduate degree from Villanova University, majoring in English with minors in business and classics. He is admitted to practice in New York.
