Perry Fallick

Perry Fallick is a partner at Morelli Law Firm focusing on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, labor law, and nursing home negligence. He oversees case strategy, manages litigation teams, and guides clients through every stage of the legal process. Perry was a core member of the trial team that represented five family members who were catastrophically or fatally injured in a tractor trailer crash in Southern Illinois, a case against a national trucking company that resolved after days of trial in federal court. He was also part of the trial team that represented tennis player Eugenie Bouchard in her case against the United States Tennis Association, resolved after a favorable liability jury verdict in the Eastern District of New York. He has significant experience in Surrogate's Court proceedings, including wrongful death and infant compromise matters.

Before joining the firm he practiced at a boutique commercial litigation firm handling business torts, breach of contract, civil RICO, and insurance litigation. Perry earned his J.D. cum laude from New York Law School, where he was an editor of the New York Law School Law Review and a John Marshall Harlan Scholar, and holds a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. He has been recognized multiple times on the New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
