About Aaron Podhurst

Aaron Podhurst is the founding partner of Podhurst Orseck. He built a national reputation as a top plaintiffs' aviation lawyer over a career spanning more than five decades, and his work has also helped establish the firm as one of South Florida's premier commercial litigation practices. He earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Columbia University, where he was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

He is a member of the Florida and New York Bars. Beyond his legal practice, Aaron has served as president of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and has been honored with the Medallion of Honor from the National Conference for Community and Justice and the Jurisprudence Award from the Anti-Defamation League. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for commercial and personal injury litigation since 1983 and recognized as a Chambers USA 'Statesperson' in litigation.
