Alex Bouganim

Alex Bouganim is the Managing Attorney of The Barnes Firm's Manhattan office and Co-Chair of the firm's Labor Law and Construction Accident Department. He oversees all cases handled out of the Manhattan office and concentrates his practice on general negligence matters, including car accidents, slip/trip and falls, wrongful death, and construction site accidents. He has been responsible for several multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of his clients and is a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Bouganim earned his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law (SUNY) magna cum laude in 2012 and a B.S. in Human Development from Binghamton University (SUNY) summa cum laude. He served as Managing Attorney of the Manhattan office at Cellino & Barnes from 2012-2020 before continuing in that role at The Barnes Firm.
