Sean Knight

Sean Knight is an attorney at The Wilhite Law Firm in Colorado, specializing in workers' compensation claims. He joined the firm in 2013 and brings 26 years of experience handling workers' compensation matters, having litigated several hundred administrative hearings.

After law school graduation in 1995, Knight began his legal career defending personal injury cases for an insurance defense firm in Michigan. He relocated to Colorado in 1997, where he transitioned to workers' compensation defense, representing employers and insurance carriers before moving to plaintiff representation at The Wilhite Law Firm.

Knight earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy in 1995. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University in 1992 with a double major in Criminal Justice and Political Science.

He is admitted to the Michigan State Bar (1995) and Colorado State Bar (admitted after relocating in 1997). He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and Workers' Compensation Education Association.
