About Emily Mullis

Emily Mullis is a dedicated personal injury attorney with The Wilhite Law Firm, where she channels her energy into one mission: helping injured people in Texas rebuild their lives after a serious accident. Practicing out of the firm's Dallas presence, Emily focuses her work on personal injury and motor vehicle accident litigation, standing alongside clients during some of the most frightening and uncertain moments they will ever face. She understands that behind every case file is a real person dealing with pain, mounting medical bills, missed work, and the stress of an insurance system that too often treats people like numbers. Emily is determined to change that experience for every client she serves.

Emily brings to The Wilhite Law Firm a litigation background sharpened at Thomas J. Henry, one of Texas's most recognized and high-volume personal injury practices. There she gained hands-on experience advocating for accident victims and learned firsthand what it takes to stand up to large insurance companies and the defense lawyers they hire. That training instilled in her a tenacious, detail-driven approach to building cases and a deep respect for the responsibility that comes with representing someone whose future may depend on the outcome.

A licensed member of the State Bar of Texas, Emily has dedicated her career to the people on the receiving end of someone else's carelessness. Her work centers on motor vehicle collision claims and other personal injury matters, where she pursues full and fair compensation for medical expenses, lost income, and the physical and emotional toll of a serious injury. Like the rest of the Wilhite team, she handles these cases on a contingency-fee basis, so clients pay nothing unless and until a recovery is secured.

What sets Emily apart is the genuine compassion she brings to her practice. She listens carefully, keeps clients informed at every step, and treats each person with the patience and respect they deserve during a difficult chapter of their lives. Clients can count on her to be both a fierce advocate in negotiations and litigation and a steady, reassuring presence when they need guidance most.

Emily is proud to be part of The Wilhite Law Firm, a practice that has spent decades helping accident victims put their lives back together. Through her dedication, preparation, and unwavering commitment to her clients, Emily Mullis works every day to deliver the personal attention and powerful representation that injured Texans deserve.
