Over the last 30 years, Daryl has had a broadly diversified litigation practice. Since 2016, Daryl has focused predominately on negotiating aggregate and individual settlements of the firm’s mass tort cases, and then structuring and implementing the mass tort settlement processes critical to the clients’ recovery. He also handles all phases of litigation of the firm’s mass tort cases, including producing clients and deposing treating physicians and medical experts.

Prior to 2016, Daryl spent 20 years as the Senior Vice President and Claims Manager at national primary and excess carriers and international reinsurers. During that time, Daryl managed the medical malpractice and general liability exposures for insured hospitals, physicians, and nursing homes, across the country. Daryl counseled insurers and reinsurers on liability and coverage issues, and successfully settled hundreds of catastrophic cases, both before and after trial.
