Robert G. Groves

Represented school districts and individuals In JUUL Labs electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) litigation. Represented clients in multidistrict litigation involving TV Mesh, Prozac, Talcum powder, and IVC Filters. Rob Groves devotes his entire practice to civil litigation with an emphasis in the areas of complex pharmaceutical and medical device actions, and personal injury. Rob has worked in both individual and multidistrict litigation involving various pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Since joining Wagstaff & Cartmell, Rob has gained added experience in state and federal jurisdictions nationwide, including the 8th and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, while representing clients in product liability actions.

Rob attended the University of Kansas School of Law where he was an active member of the Senate Judiciary Board and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. After law school, Rob moved back to Kansas City and worked as outside counsel for the Missouri Board of Healing Arts gaining experience in cases involving the Healing Arts Practice Act, Missouri Administrative Procedures Act, complex standard of medical care issues, and Missouri appellate court procedure. Rob is actively involved in representing clients who have been injured by pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Additionally, Rob is an active member of his local community - having recently successfully worked with his city council on expanding equal rights protection to various minority groups.
