About Gabe Knisely

Gabe Knisely is an associate attorney at Warshauer Woodward Atkins, LLC, concentrating on medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death cases. He earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Emory University School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honor recognizing excellence in courtroom advocacy. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a federal judicial clerk for the Honorable Senior Judge Louis Sands of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. During law school, Knisely represented Emory in national and international moot court competitions and served as lead prosecutor and coach of the International Criminal Court Team, qualifying the team for prestigious rounds at the Hague twice. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
