Lyle Warshauer

Lyle Griffin Warshauer is a founding partner at Warshauer Woodward Atkins, LLC, where she manages the firm's appellate practice and medical malpractice work. She received a Paralegal Certification from the National Center for Paralegal Training in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History from Furman University in 1987. She earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1993 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar that same year, with subsequent admission in Tennessee and Alabama. Warshauer is recognized as both a gifted legal writer and strategist and a trial lawyer.

She served as Past President of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. She has argued cases involving railroad injury, product liability, birth injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Her notable matters include General Electric v. Joiner before the United States Supreme Court and a $5 million verdict in Burchfield v. CSX Transportation, Inc. Super Lawyers has recognized her annually from 2006 through 2023 and named her among the Top 50 Women in Georgia.
