Trent Shuping

Trent Shuping is a partner at Warshauer Woodward Atkins, LLC, having joined the firm in 2013. A native of Marietta, Georgia, he received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia in 2002 and his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar that year. His practice covers defective products, railroad accidents, tractor-trailer and motor vehicle crashes, and general negligence in state and federal courts throughout Georgia. He has appellate experience in state and federal courts, including arguments before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.

Super Lawyers named him a Georgia Rising Star in 2018. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Outside of practice, he serves on the board of Restoration Atlanta and resides in Smyrna.
