David Hoffman

David Hoffman is a Partner at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, specializing in personal injury litigation with expertise in construction and labor law, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability.

Hoffman earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Binghamton. He is admitted to the State Bars of New York and New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

With over 32 years of experience, Hoffman joined WRSMH as a trial attorney in 2016 after 18 years as a partner at another prominent personal injury firm.
