About Frank Lombardo

Frank Lombardo (1960-2025) was a Partner at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, a senior trial attorney specializing in complex litigation and construction accident cases.

Lombardo earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from St. John's University. He was admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

With over 30 years of experience as a trial attorney, Lombardo participated in nearly 100 jury trials and successfully briefed and argued appeals in the New York State Appellate Division and Court of Appeals.
