About Clifford Shapiro

Clifford H. Shapiro is a Partner and the Managing Partner since 1993 of Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP. He is a trial lawyer specializing in plaintiff's personal injury law and his specialty is negotiation, with active involvement in the settlement of many of the firm's cases.

Shapiro earned his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in 1985 and his Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Buffalo in 1982. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.

With over 37 years of experience, Shapiro joined WRSMH in 1986 and has practiced exclusively in plaintiff's personal injury law throughout his career. His honors include Super Lawyers (2012-2014, 2020-2022) and Million Dollar Advocates Forum membership. His notable settlements include $5 million for a construction worker killed in a trench collapse and $3.85 million for a demolition worker struck by an HVAC unit.
