Michael Zisser is a Partner at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, an experienced litigator specializing in representing seriously injured individuals in construction accidents involving New York's Labor Law.

Zisser earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Hofstra University School of Law. He also holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Boston University. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Zisser brings six years of defense-side experience from large firms, providing strategic advantages in negotiations and litigation.
