Catherine Fiorentino

Catherine J. Fiorentino is Of Counsel at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, with over 16 years of experience handling catastrophic injury cases throughout New York.

Fiorentino earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the Long Island University C.W. Post Campus. She is admitted to the New York State Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.

Fiorentino has been named a Rising Star in construction litigation. She has published articles on strategic handling of catastrophic construction injury cases and lectures on complex construction litigation topics including grave injury claims and contractual indemnification. She is involved in legislative advocacy with the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
