About Victor Goldblum

Victor Goldblum is a Partner at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP. A veteran of trials, mediations, and arbitrations, he has handled cases of all types, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, assaults, lead poisoning, and labor law violations.

Goldblum earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Goldblum joined the firm in 2013 after running his own successful practice. He has been selected to Super Lawyers (2016-2022), is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association, and serves on the board of directors of 78 Youth Sports. His notable settlements include $2.9 million in a truck accident and $2.5 million for an infant burned by boiling water at daycare.
