About William Hepner

William P. Hepner is a Partner at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, a trial lawyer who has tried and litigated numerous automobile, premises, medical malpractice, and construction accident cases.

Hepner earned his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1991, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo New Europe Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany in 1983. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Hepner joined the firm in 1998 and serves as a Small Claims Court Arbitrator in Manhattan.
