Brielle Goldfaden

Brielle C. Goldfaden is Of Counsel at Wingate, Russotti, Shapiro, Moses & Halperin, LLP, with experience in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.

Goldfaden earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Boston University. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Goldfaden joined the firm in 2012 after practicing at another New York firm. Her honors include Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2014-2021), Super Lawyers (2022), Best Lawyers in America (2013, 2015, 2016), and National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2014). She is a member of the Brooklyn Women's Bar Association. Her notable settlements include $3 million for a pedestrian struck by a vehicle and $2.6 million in an elevator accident.
