About Adam Foster

Adam M. Foster is a senior associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Wisner Baum, where he concentrates on transportation product liability litigation, including aviation and commercial ground transportation accidents resulting in catastrophic personal injury or wrongful death. During his first six years at the firm he worked on the Zantac, Roundup, and similar mass tort cases before joining the transportation accident team. Adam earned a joint J.D./MBA from USC's Gould School of Law and Marshall School of Business, where he competed on an award winning Jessup Moot Court team and twice received the top grade in his class, notably in pretrial advocacy. He completed his undergraduate work at UCLA, graduating cum laude from the UCLA Honors College. Best Lawyers has named him to its Ones to Watch list, and the National Trial Lawyers include him in the Top 40 Under 40 for civil plaintiffs.
