Behram V. Parekh is an equity partner at Wisner Baum in Los Angeles, focusing on mass torts, products liability, and class action litigation. With over 30 years of experience, he has served as lead or co-lead counsel in numerous cases involving consumer fraud, false advertising, unfair competition, securities fraud, and product liability, and has helped recover well over $2 billion for injured plaintiffs. Born in India and raised in Hong Kong, Behram came to the United States at 18 and studied at UC Irvine before earning his J.D. cum laude from Pepperdine. His background in computer science makes him a recognized authority on electronic discovery, and he regularly chairs ESI and discovery committees in federal MDLs, including leadership roles in the Apple iPhone 4, Pom Wonderful, Benicar, Bair Hugger, Abilify, and Valsartan litigations.
