Hannah Quicksell

Hannah Quicksell is an associate attorney at Wisner Baum's Los Angeles office, focusing on pharmaceutical and consumer products liability mass tort litigation and class actions. Born and raised in Minnesota, she earned a philosophy degree from Grinnell College, taught high school English in New Orleans for three years, then attended Loyola New Orleans College of Law, where she served as articles editor for the law review and graduated summa cum laude in 2021 at the top of her class. She clerked for the Honorable Carl J. Barbier of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, then practiced in antitrust and data privacy class actions, toxic tort MDLs, special education advocacy, and commercial bankruptcy litigation before joining Wisner Baum in 2024. She has published law review articles on AI legal personhood and the effects of Brown v. Board of Education on the teaching force. Best Lawyers has named her to its Ones to Watch list.
