About Clay Robbins III

Clay Robbins III is a senior partner in the Los Angeles office of Wisner Baum. A third generation California lawyer, Clay concentrates on commercial transportation accident litigation, mass disaster, and pharmaceutical products liability. For more than 40 years he has represented victims and families in personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from aviation, boat, bus, train, tractor-trailer, and auto defect accidents.

Before joining the firm he was a partner at Magana, Cathcart & McCarthy for over 20 years, where he recovered more than $9 million in an aviation insurance bad faith action and won a multimillion dollar product liability verdict for a young woman whose airbags failed to deploy, a judgment he preserved before the Ninth Circuit.
