About David Ebenhack

David J. Ebenhack is a Trial Attorney at Arash Law, dedicated to representing accident victims in personal injury matters including brain injuries and spinal cord damage. He has served as second chair on numerous high-value trials.

Before joining Arash Law, Ebenhack interned with the District Attorney's Office in the Preliminary Hearings Department during law school, then worked at a plaintiff's firm focusing on business litigation and entertainment law. He spent six years at a personal injury firm handling traffic accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, trip-and-fall cases, and traumatic brain injuries before joining Arash Law to handle accident and workers' compensation cases.

Ebenhack earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where he received a merit scholarship.

He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
