Navan Ward

Navan Ward joined Beasley Allen in 2002 and works in the Atlanta office. He focuses on products liability cases, particularly those involving defective metal-on-metal hip implants and proton pump inhibitors. He has also helped spearhead the Hair Relaxer litigation in both federal and state courts. Navan has secured billions in settlements against major hip implant manufacturers including Johnson and Johnson, DePuy, Zimmer, Biomet, and Stryker. He served as President of the American Association for Justice from 2021 to 2022, the world's largest plaintiffs' lawyers organization, and has chaired the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
