Brad Barker

Brad N. Barker is a partner at Cogan & Power, P.C. who joined the firm's FELA team in March 2019. He advocates for injured railroad workers and has secured multi-million-dollar recoveries, taking nearly a dozen cases to trial with successful verdicts. In 2018 he secured a record Illinois verdict for occipital neuralgia. That same year he was named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for civil plaintiff work. Barker received his law degree cum laude from DePaul University College of Law in 2011, where he earned a Certificate in International Law and a CALI Award in Criminal Procedure. He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys.
