Thomas Prindable

Thomas K. Prindable is the managing partner of Cogan & Power, P.C., overseeing client relations and firm operations while maintaining an active litigation practice. He handles a broad range of civil matters including aviation liability, construction liability, medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, premises liability, product liability, transportation liability, wrongful death, and qui tam whistleblower cases. In 2017 he obtained a $15 million verdict against a hospital for negligence. Prindable is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and American Association for Justice. He previously served as president of the Kane County Bar Association.
