Erica Collins

Erica M. Collins is an associate attorney at Davis, Bethune and Jones whose practice covers personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle collisions, and civil litigation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rockhurst University in Kansas City and her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law, where she graduated on the Dean's List, was a member of the UMKC All Journal Staff, and is a member of Phi Delta Phi. She has been published in the Journal of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Collins began her legal career in 2017 and has experience across all stages of litigation, from discovery through trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.

She is known for building client trust and communicating with clarity and empathy. A native of Washington, Missouri, she is married with a daughter and pursues theatre arts in her personal time. She is licensed in Missouri and Kansas.
