JT Malone

JT Malone is a trial lawyer at Davis, Bethune and Jones who focuses on mass tort products liability, personal injury, commercial litigation, auto accidents, tractor-trailer litigation, premises liability, and class action cases. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he served as Chair of the Executive Committee of the Moot Court Honor Board and received the Moot Court Honor Board University Award and induction into the Order of Barristers. He also reached the finals of the National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition and received awards for both written briefs and oral arguments at national moot court competitions. Malone served as problem writer and coordinator for the Rendigs National Products Liability Moot Court Competition, described as the only products liability moot court competition in the country. He is licensed in Missouri.
