David Humen

David C. Humen is an Attorney at Dean Omar Branham Shirley, LLP who has focused on representing mesothelioma victims since graduating from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2013. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting cum laude from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2010. Born in Chicago and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Humen spent seven years playing professional minor league baseball before pursuing his law degree. He takes pride in standing up for both those diagnosed with mesothelioma and their families, and he pursues each case with the same competitive drive he developed in athletics. He is admitted in Texas, South Carolina, Indiana, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
