Nick Larkins

Nick Larkins is an Attorney at Dean Omar Branham Shirley, LLP who earned his law degree cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2023. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida, earned in 2018. Larkins has focused his entire legal career, including his time as a law clerk during law school, on representing individuals and families affected by asbestos exposure.

Before joining DOBS he represented U.S. Navy veterans exposed to asbestos during military service. He is admitted in Florida and Tennessee, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the District of North Dakota. His practice centers on advocating for working-class individuals and families harmed by corporate negligence related to asbestos exposure.
