About Daniel Morse

Daniel J. Morse is an Attorney at Dean Omar Branham Shirley, LLP based in Salt Lake City, Utah. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication from the University of Florida in 1997 and his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2001. A cancer survivor who worked in industrial manufacturing at age 18, Morse brings personal understanding to his advocacy for workers and families harmed by toxic workplace exposures. He practiced general civil litigation and business law before focusing on toxic tort litigation in 2016.

He is admitted in California, Utah, and Washington. His reported cases include Federal National Mortgage Association v.
