Dana Simon

Dana C. Simon is an Attorney at Dean Omar Branham Shirley, LLP who has practiced law for more than 20 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs and Corporate Communications from Southern Methodist University in 1997 and her law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2001. Simon has handled asbestos, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and product liability cases across the nation and is an invited member of the National Trial Lawyers Association Top 100. She is admitted in Texas, Oklahoma, and Connecticut, and before multiple federal district courts in Texas. Outside of her legal practice she volunteers with the National Charity League and Operation Kindness, serves on The Hockaday School Parents Association Board, and teaches Sunday School.
