Kevin Dalia

Kevin Dalia is an attorney at Levin Simes who represents victims of corporate wrongdoing, working predominantly with victims of exploding electronic cigarette batteries and rideshare abuse. His background in corporate law equips him to take on companies that disregard customer safety. His practice originated in the cannabis industry, where he advised equity clients on regulatory compliance, land use, and business law, work he entered for social justice reasons and continues by holding companies accountable. He earned his J.D. with honors from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2020, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class through the Honors Lawyering Program with a specialization certificate in business law, and received CALI and Witkin awards in constitutional law, torts, and professional responsibility. He holds a B.A. magna cum laude from Barry University.
