About Samira Bokaie

Samira Bokaie is an attorney at Levin Simes whose practice focuses on complex civil sexual assault litigation and product liability litigation against corporate giants such as Uber Technologies, Samsung, and LG Chem. She has been integral to the Uber Rideshare Assault JCCP in San Francisco Superior Court since the litigation began, playing a key role in the petition for coordination, and is also involved in the Lyft Rideshare Assault JCCP, where she assisted in depositions of critical Lyft employees and briefed multiple discovery issues. In her e-cigarette explosion practice she has briefed, argued, and defeated personal jurisdiction challenges by foreign corporate entities in multiple state and federal courts.

She also has arbitration experience, including motions in limine and direct and cross examination.
