Fletcher Harkrader

Fletcher W. Harkrader, III is a Principal and personal injury attorney at Marks & Harrison, focusing exclusively on personal injury work. He has practiced law since 1983.

Harkrader served as Louisa County Attorney from 1990 to 1998 and represented the Virginia Transportation Commissioner as trial counsel by appointment of the Governor of Virginia from 1994 until joining Marks & Harrison in January 2002.
