Mark Lindensmith

Mark S. Lindensmith is a personal injury attorney at Marks & Harrison, specializing in appellate advocacy in personal injury matters.

Lindensmith earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska in 1979 and his undergraduate degree as a 1976 honors graduate of Missouri Western State College. He was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar in 1979 and the Virginia State Bar in 1981. Before joining Marks & Harrison, he served as a senior attorney with a national legal research and consulting firm, and has served as a certified guardian ad litem representing children in the Albemarle County area.
