About Bradley Rice

Bradley L. Rice is a partner at Nagel Rice LLP concentrating on business and commercial litigation, class actions, personal injury, medical malpractice, and employment litigation. He has experience in federal and state courts, as well as AAA and FINRA proceedings, representing companies and individuals in complex commercial and securities matters nationwide. Before joining Nagel Rice, he was an associate at O'Melveny and Myers LLP. He interned for the Honorable Kenneth Levy of the NJ Superior Court and served as Research Editor of the Rutgers Law Review. Notable representations include the MZL Capital Holdings v. TD Bank matter in the Third Circuit, an $800,000 settlement in an employment discrimination case against William Paterson University, and a confidential settlement in a child sexual abuse case against the Boy Scouts of America involving three victims following a four-day trial.
