David Estes

David M. Estes is a member of Mazie Slater Katz & Freeman. He earned his B.A. from Nyack College and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, where he served as Lead Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and was a finalist in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Prior to joining the firm, Estes clerked for the Honorable Victor Ashrafi of the New Jersey Appellate Division, served as a summer clerk for the Honorable Jerome Simandle of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Theodore McKee of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He concentrates his practice in class action litigation, product liability, and personal injury. He is admitted to the New Jersey bar and authored the publication 'A Primer on Apportionment Law in New Jersey.'
