Robert Solomon

Robert H. Solomon is a partner at Nagel Rice LLP with over 30 years of litigation experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, class actions, and commercial litigation. He formerly taught at Seton Hall Law School and clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Freda L. Wolfson. Solomon has 21 published court opinions and has argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court.

He has been selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list annually since 2008 and to the Top 100 New Jersey Super Lawyers list yearly since 2010. He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Notable results include co-lead counsel work on a $160 million class action settlement, a $4.5 million judgment in a partnership dispute, and a $4.2 million recovery in a wrongful birth case involving a misread ultrasound.
