About David DiSabato

David DiSabato serves as counsel at Nagel Rice LLP, concentrating on complex class actions and consumer protection litigation. He has represented clients across the country in state and federal courts and has been appointed class counsel in multiple significant matters. These include a $17.5 million settlement against Ford Motor Company for genetic information claims, a $5 million settlement against Everlywell Inc. for privacy violations, an $18.25 million settlement against Heartland Payment Systems for improper fee-charging, and a $19 million settlement against Avis and Payless car rentals for fraud claims.

He has also obtained sweeping injunctive relief for psychiatric hospital patients in a certified class action. DiSabato holds leadership roles with the National Association of Consumer Advocates as New Jersey State Chair of the Judicial Nominations Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of the Consumer League of New Jersey. He has been named to Super Lawyers annually from 2022 to 2025.
